SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE THREE STEPS TO RESERVE YOUR PLACE/S ON ANY OF OUR TOURS
(see below for Anchorage-Area Day Hikes reservations)

  • SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED TOUR RESERVATION FORM
    To reserve your place on any of our tours, simply download, print, complete, and sign our Tour Reservation Form, and then scan and email, fax, or mail it back to us, along with your tour deposit (see below). The Tour Reservation Form contains full instructions, as well as our scan and email, fax number, and mailing addresses. To scan and email your reservation, you can usually just take a photo of your completed form with your smart phone or camera, and email it to us. If you cannot easily print the Tour Reservation Form, please let us know and we will be happy to mail this form to you.
  • PAY YOUR TOUR DEPOSIT
    Tour deposits of $300 per person/tour ($500 pp for lodge-based or private/custom tours) are due at the time of reservation. Simply mail us a personal check with your Tour Reservation Form, or write your credit or debit card number and other required card details on your Tour Reservation Form (or you can call with this info, if you prefer). International clients can also wire transfer their payments directly to our bank; please inquire if you are interested in this option.
  • CALL OR EMAIL TO ADVISE US OF YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST
    Call 1.888.868.4147 or 1.907.245.0795, or send an email to alaska@getupandgotours.com advising us of your reservation. We’re also happy to answer any questions, of course.

WHAT NEXT? Once we’ve received your completed Tour Reservation Form we will contact you to confirm your space/s on the tour, process your tour deposit,  and email you a combination receipt/invoice for your deposit and the balance, which will be due no later than 60 days prior to your tour departure date (or 90 days for custom or private tours). If you’d prefer that we mail this receipt/invoice to you instead, just let us know.

ANYTHING ELSE? If you haven’t already done so, please download and carefully read through our Alaska Tour Pre-Departure Packet, which will answer most of your questions, and help you prepare for your tour. This packet contains a packing list, Anchorage flight and lodging details, and other useful tips and information.
